Oakville North-Burlington Newsletter June 14, 2024
“I had the pleasure of joining Extendicare Northridge Long Term Care staff and residents today to announce an investment by the Ontario government of $100,587 through the Local Priorities Fund.
Northridge is one of 3 homes in Oakville North-Burlington to receive funding this year. West Oak Village received $72,854 and AgeCare Glen Oaks received $65,205, for a total of $238,646 invested in our community.
Through the Local Priorities Fund, our government is continuing to ensure that seniors with complex care needs, like dementia and bariatric care are being well supported. Thank you to all the frontline care givers for your dedication and compassion in caring for seniors in our community.– MPP Effie Triantafilopoulos
