Ontario Welcomes over $8.6 Million Manufacturing Investment in Oakville North-Burlington
B.S.B. Manufacturing Ltd. will create 22 new good-paying jobs in Oakville North-Burlington

Oakville North-Burlington — The Ontario government is welcoming an investment of $8,610,000 by B.S.B. Manufacturing Ltd. to boost local manufacturing and create 22 new good-paying jobs in Oakville North-Burlington.
The investment was announced today by Effie J. Triantafilopoulos, Member of Provincial Parliament for Oakville North-Burlington and Natalie Pierre, Member of Provincial Parliament for Burlington, during a tour of B.S.B’s Burlington facility.
“This investment is great news for Oakville North–Burlington — helping B.S.B. Manufacturing create 22 good-paying jobs as they expand into the EV and hybrid market,” said Effie J. Triantafilopoulos, Member of Provincial Parliament for Oakville North-Burlington. “By supporting local manufacturers such as B.S.B Manufacturing, our government is ensuring local manufacturers stay competitive, embrace new technologies, and seize opportunities in the global automotive industry.”
With this investment, B.S.B. Manufacturing Ltd will develop two hybrid-EV structural oil pan assemblies for new products. Additionally, the company has undergone a 10,000 sq ft building expansion to further increase capacity to fulfill the $40 million, four-year contract with Stellantis.

These investments in cutting-edge technology and skilled talent helps fire up Ontario’s economy and keeps our province competitive on the global stage.”
Key drivers for this project include expanding product offerings for EV/Hybrid components and driving the adoption of new technologies to increase long-term efficiency and competitive advantages for a range of customers. The project is expected to increase B.S.B. Manufacturing’s competitiveness for future EV/Hybrid automotive contracts and enable access to global markets.

In support of this investment, Ontario is providing B.S.B. Manufacturing Ltd. with $1,291,000 in funding through the Regional Development Program’s Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation Competitiveness (AMIC) Stream.

Manufacturing Ltd is proud to be a recipient of AMIC funding from the Ontario Government to support a major 4-year contract with Stellantis, marking a significant expansion into electric and hybrid vehicle components”, said Narinder Bhogal, P.Eng., President, B.S.B. Manufacturing Ltd. “This strategic growth will see BSB hiring over 20 new team members and making substantial investments in the local economy—driving innovation, job creation, and a greener automotive future.”
Ontario is investing over $200 million through its Regional Development Program to help manufacturers across the province grow while supporting distinct regional priorities. To date, Ontario has supported more than 165 projects through the program, leveraging more than $2.1 billion in new investments and helping to create over 4,000 jobs.
